The traditional way of preparing Zagorski mlinci is as a sidedish to roast. Break the Zagorski mlinci into smaller pieces, the best in a colander and pour boiling water over them to soften them a bit (be careful not to make them blind). Then put them on hot grease left from roasting, stir briefly and serve hot.
